China Shipbuilding Trading (Kunming) Co., Ltd. (CSTCKM) was founded in 1996 as a subsidiary of its fully holding company Kunming Shipbuilding Equipment Co. Ltd. (KSEC) for international trade and cooperation. The main business of CSTCKM is divided into two sections. The first section is export business focusing on exporting products manufactured by KSEC such as tobacco machinery, automatic logistics system, Chinese herb processing machinery, etc. The second section is import business focusing on importing various parts and machineries from a number of global renowned companies.

In 1970, KSEC was established as a stated-owned enterprise group combing optics, mechanics, electronics and information technology. KSEC is located in Kunming city, Yunnan Province, P.R.China. Kunming city is well known as spring city, where the spring lasts in four seasons and landscape is beautiful. KSEC has a state of the art industry park with an area over 70 hectares. With years of successful application experience in complex tobacco industry logistics system, KSEC has expanded its automatic logistics system into other industries such as electrical appliance, food, pharmacy, banking, power industry, post, airline, book sales and other commercial distributing business.

Taking the technology renovation as its kernel competition power, KSEC has an R/D center and over 1,000 profession staffs work in it.
